Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have very pleasant Personality with excellent communication skill.
∎ Should be hard working with fervent attitude & should be Team Oriented.
∎ Upright Knowledge of Real Estate Sector.
∎ Ability to work under pressure & take challenges to meet monthly and yearly sales the target.
∎ Should be Sound in Basic Computer Application.
∎ Meet with key customers and maintain close relationships to close deals.
∎ Acquire new customer and visit outdoor frequently.
∎ Maintain exceptional relationship and follow up with prospective and current clients.
∎ Follow-up clients through phone calls, E-mails, and physical visit to generate sales.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Well conversant in Real estate marketing specially Land & Apartment.
∎ A Team player with interpersonal communication skill
∎ Ability and Willingness to take initiative & work under pressure.
∎ Fluent in both English and Bengali.
∎ Computer Knowledge is must.
