Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with Major in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, formulate and execute integrated marketing plan.
∎ Prepare marketing materials for both ATL and BTL activities and internal communication.
∎ Plan and prepare methodological way to give best the client experience, pre and post project phases.
∎ Develop content marketing literature and design catalogue, pamphlets, brochures.
∎ Visit projects for implementing marketing plan and take project pictures for future marketing materials
∎ Contribute market insight proactively and collaborate consistently with the Sales team to achieve team and individual goals.
∎ Prepare reports on website traffic, social media interactions, end-to-end client conversion ratio.
∎ Interact with end client/consumers to get feedback and prepare customer retention strategy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s) in marketing, branding or ATL activities
∎ Need to have hands on experience in SEO, Social Media marketing, BTL promo materials etc.
∎ Need to have basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
∎ Excellent command over English
∎ Candidates need to have prior marketing material profiles (Soft copies of previously developed Marketing materials and contents)
∎ Honest, smart, energetic, self-driven, career conscious candidates for the above mention position.
∎ Frequent travel within and outside Dhaka.
∎ Excellent communication skill in both English & Bengali.
∎ Self-motivated and innate leadership skills.
∎ Prior experience in B2B servo-product marketing/advertising will be given preference
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile Allowance, P/S, F/B
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
