Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals.
∎ Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
∎ Oversee the development of brand positioning, messaging, and digital presence.
∎ Lead, motivate, and manage the marketing team, ensuring that all initiatives are executed effectively.
∎ Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.
∎ Guide junior team members and foster professional development.
∎ Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources across different initiatives.
∎ Analyze the ROI (Return on Investment) of marketing campaigns and make adjustments as necessary.
∎ Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital (social media, SEO, SEM), content marketing, and offline channels (events, print, etc.).
∎ Track performance metrics and adjust campaigns based on results and analytics.
∎ Strengthen and manage the brand identity and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
∎ Work on improving the customer experience and building long-term loyalty.
∎ Develop relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and media to enhance the brand's visibility and reputation.
∎ Manage crisis communications and ensure positive public relations outcomes.
∎ Utilize data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
∎ Prepare and present detailed marketing reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
∎ Explore new markets, both domestically and internationally, for growth opportunities.
∎ Introduce innovative marketing practices, tools, and technologies to stay competitive in the industry.
