Job Responsibilities:
∎ Executive will present proper communication between the company and clients.
∎ Make outbound call, email and Sales Company's Service.
∎ Provide information customer's technical queries and send sales proposal.
∎ Client will be well aware of the company's services and price detail.
∎ S/He will be well aware of the service delivery process and steps.
∎ Excellent Communication skill with customers in appropriate accent
∎ Good command in Microsoft office specially excels for daily reporting
∎ Identify and assess customers' needs to increase sales volume
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
∎ Maintain customer records by updating account information.
∎ Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about service using scripts facilitate future sales.
∎ Conveyance, promote and motivate to the customers to make them organization clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent Communication skill to interact with customers and demonstrate good listening skills
∎ Self-motivated and Willing to work for longer period and any time in the day
∎ Very good communication skill in both Bangla & English.
∎ Multi-tasking ability, handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Good sense, judgment and analytical skills to overcome situation.
∎ Should have patience and good listening skills.
∎ Computer proficiency: MS Office Suite, Bangla and English Typing ability, web related basic technical knowledge.
∎ Ability to quick understanding of customer needs and fulfill customer need.
∎ Easy going personality in an intra-departmental collaboration.
∎ Experience in call center, logistics support industry will be an added advantage.
