B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electrical and Electricals Engineering from any reputed University.

Skills Required: Energetic and self-motivated,Hard Working,Leadership and Good Communication skill.

Timely completion of scheduled PM with proper checklists.
Reducing downtime, improving MTBF & MTTR.
Quick response and root cause analysis of failures.
Adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities & Context:
- Follow the Maintenance Plan – Complete scheduled preventive maintenance on time, escalate delays.
- Respond Promptly – Acknowledge breakdowns within set time, repair within target MTTR.
- Record Everything – Update logbooks, digital records, and spare usage after each task.
- Maintain Safety – Always use PPE and follow Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Monitor Spare Parts – Ensure availability of critical spares, report low stock levels.
- Reporting Discipline – Submit daily breakdown and monthly performance reports.
- Continuous Improvement – Suggest improvements, adopt new tools and methods
