Job Responsibilities:
∎ Vetting of title/land documents having vast knowledge about the land management system in Bangladesh.
∎ Drafting of charge documents as required (Mortgage, IGPA, LoU, TPA, Redemption and Revocation etc.).
∎ Ascertain and supervision of Title Search of the submitted documents/papers with the concerned govt. Offices/Authorities.
∎ Supervision of execution of Deed of. Mortgage, IGPA, Redemption and Revocation etc.
∎ Any task/duties/assistance and responsibility assigned by management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
