Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Post graduation/ LLB from any reputed University or Institute

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the company from the legal point.
∎ Provide legal opinion & support to all departments in the company on various kinds of
∎ documents & activities.
∎ Maintain & develop relationship with the Law Enforcement Agencies. Liaison with various Govt.
∎ and Non Govt. Organization such as AC (Land) office, Sub-Registry office, RAJUK, Forest
∎ Ministry, REHAB, Customs, Factories and Establishment Department, Thana.
∎ Preparing Legal Notices, Petitions, Complaints, Replies and other documents in connection
∎ with the legal cases of the company.
∎ Acquiring all necessary licenses, approvals, permissions from various authorities and timely
∎ submission of returns as per laws applicable for the factory unit; Liaising with Government
∎ officials.
∎ Provide Legal support to employee's concern issues under Labor laws.
∎ Make a list and regular update of signed / executed agreements by the Company and note the
∎ date of expiry / renewal of each agreement.
∎ Dealing with land related activities such as land measurement, negotiation, purchase, Tax,
∎ VAT, mortgage, registration/ deed/ agreement/ bayna, commissioning, etc.
∎ Providing appropriate reporting and information to the company in connection with the activities
∎ of the Legal Department.
∎ Any other tasks as and when assign by the Management.
∎ Controlling documents, registers, reports and returns as per Companies Act and various other
∎ Statutory Acts; ensuring compliance with Corporate Governance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 4 year(s) & at least 02 years' experience in the same position.
∎ Must have computer literacy also fluency both in written and spoken in English and Bangla.
∎ Must be experienced in dealing with land procurement related matters.
∎ Must have an updated land database of Dhaka city.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Land procurement, Legal
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
