∎ Masters in Finance or Accounting with ITP
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor, control, plan & implement financing activities.
∎ Arrange debt financing against working capital according to the business plan of the company.
∎ Communicate, maintain & develop in-depth relationships with leaders of foreign and local financial institutions.
∎ Participate in meetings, conferences, workshops, and discussions with the investment community.
∎ Ensuring Compliance with Bangladesh Bank and Bangladesh Investment Development Authority guidelines, circulars, and policies.
∎ Highly Experienced in banking (Loan , L/c , others).
∎ Handling Companies all sorts of VAT & TAX , Legal Law issues independently.
∎ Maintaining all VAT related register as per New VAT & SD Act 2012 & Rule 2016 & also has to be keep these record in NBR approved VAT software and own MS-Excel.
∎ Calculation of VAT & TAX
∎ Prepare necessary VAT & TAX related documents as per the requirement of concerned government authorities.
∎ Ensure VAT returns are prepared, reviewed and submitted within deadlines to avoid penalties/interest.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge on Company Accounts Preparation.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge on Tax Return Preparation and Submission.
∎ Preparation of Annual Financial Statements.
∎ Any other job assigned by the supervisor time to time.
Salary: Negotiable
