Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc in IPE / B. Sc in Textile Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ New Operator Assessment.
∎ Daily line wise Manpower balance, Machine counting & Target setup etc.
∎ Requesting machines and attachment requirement well in advance based on scheduled production plan
∎ Method study and educate operators to follow the best method.
∎ Bottle neck analysis and Solve the problem
∎ Performing production study, capacity study, Proper line balancing job etc.
∎ Maintain operators Skill Matrix.
∎ NPT Calculation with root cause analysis using fishbone diagram.
∎ Input calculation, WIP monitoring, Hourly & daily wise achievement monitoring.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Industrial & Production Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Knit Composite garment factory experienced
∎ Must have knowledge in computer application particularly in MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Power Point.
∎ Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) both in English and Bengali.
