Additional Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of Python / Odoo development.
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or retail ERP systems.
- Experience in user training & documentation.
- Familiarity with enterprise collaboration tools (e.g., Lark, Slack, Teams).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Odoo ERP Management
Configure, maintain, and optimize company’s Odoo ERP modules.
Handle user access, permissions, and troubleshooting.
Support system customization in coordination with vendors/developers.
Internal System Training & Support
Conduct training for employees on Lark, Odoo, and other company-approved applications.
Prepare user guides, training videos, and FAQs for internal systems.
Provide first-level IT support for daily operational issues.
Process Improvement & Integration
Work with departments to improve workflow efficiency using ERP and digital tools.
Assist in integrating third-party apps with Odoo and Lark.
Data & Security
Ensure regular backups and data integrity.
Monitor system security and report incidents.
