∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install, configure & manage devices.
∎ Troubleshoot installed network, printer, Software, Antivirus etc. and follow up users for any support issues ( requisitions, pending, acknowledgement).
∎ Renovation and new deployment work.
∎ Provide support to end user
∎ Ensure security of all CPE and internet.
∎ IT equipment inventory management.
∎ Submit report (SOP, Deployment, Incident mapping, request handling).

Salary: Negotiable
