∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Engineering, Bachelor of Science (Pass) in Science
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure all hardware and services health checks and maintenance, such as computers, CCTV, routers, IPPABX, Managed WiFi Network, Active Directory, Printers, Scanners and sound systems.
∎ Ensure network smooth connectivity for email server, school software, etc.
∎ Training of relevant people for school software so they can take over the responsibility.
∎ Ensure required maintenance of the IT infrastructure and smooth operation at the school.
∎ Coordinate and maintain 3rd Party Hardware, Software and Services warranty and repair it on a timely basis.
∎ Provide technical advice to procure any IT hardware.
∎ Issue IT hardware to users as per entitlement and IT asset register maintenance.
∎ Monitor compliance to IT policies as applicable for School.
∎ Regular maintenance and support of School websites as per assignments.
∎ Coordinate with vendors for any 3rd party support.
∎ Coordinate with purchase department for IT product
