Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering from any reputed public or private university
∎ Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role
∎ Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
∎ Familiarity with network protocols and security
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ IT Support: Provide day-to-day IT support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
∎ Network Management: Monitor and maintain our network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security
∎ Hardware and Software Maintenance: Manage and upgrade computer hardware and software as needed
∎ Data Security: Implement and enforce data security measures to protect sensitive information
∎ Vendor Management: Work with external IT vendors to procure hardware, software, and services as required
∎ Company user's mail configuration in Microsoft outlook and Web Mail, etc.
∎ Establish and maintain sound backup and data recovery policies and procedures
∎ Work with ERP system users and management to determine the appropriate system configuration and setup

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
