∎ Diploma/ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Skills Required: IT Support
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install, configure, and maintain of Biometric Attendance System, DVR, NVR, and IP Camera.
∎ Wi-Fi Router, AP, and Manageable PoE switch and Layer3 Switch configuration
∎ Provide technical support to end-users by resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
∎ Assist end users remotely, over the phone, by email, or in person promptly.
∎ Assist with IT projects and initiatives under the guidance of senior team members.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be stay in factory premises.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical issues.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with end-users.
∎ Good knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
∎ Must be non-smoker.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
