Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide first aid and emergency care to factory workers.
∎ Maintain health records of employees and conduct periodic health checkups.
∎ Administer prescribed medications and treatments as per medical guidelines.
∎ Monitor workplace hygiene, sanitation, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
∎ Assist in occupational health awareness programs for workers.
∎ Coordinate with management regarding serious health issues and arrange hospital transfers if needed.
∎ Maintain stock of medical supplies and report replenishment needs.
