Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) will have preference.
Must be experienced in managing food & beverage factory.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Proficiency in MS Office and factory management software.
Strong understanding of factory safety, maintenance, and productivity metrics.
Hashem Foods Limited (A sister concern of Sajeeb Group), a leading food and beverage manufacturer, is seeking a dynamic and experienced candidate with a proven track record, having held at least the position of Sr. Manager or AGM or equivalent position during his career. Factory DGM/GM will oversee all aspects of this factory. Only candidates with experience in food and beverage factory are requested to apply.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire factory operations, including production, engineering, quality control (QC), and other departments, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
Ensure the timely execution of production schedules, optimizing the use of materials, labor, and equipment to meet quality and cost targets.
Oversee the engineering team to maintain and improve factory equipment and machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and high productivity.
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (local and international.
Collaborate with the sales, supply chain, and procurement teams to ensure product availability and the efficient management of raw materials.
Continuously monitor factory operations to identify areas for improvement, streamline processes, and reduce waste.
Ensure the safety of factory operations, implementing and monitoring workplace safety and hygiene protocols.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers and supervisors to ensure high performance across all factory departments.
Report regularly to senior management on factory performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
