Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in B. Sc. in C.S.E from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage website, web hosting, email hosting for the office.
∎ Manage overall IT, Networking and Software functions.
∎ Maintain computer systems and ensure IT related devices are functioning properly.
∎ Provide technical support and resolve hardware/software problems (pc, laptop, printer, UPS/IPS, etc).
∎ Maintain and configure Wi-Fi routers and attendance devices.
∎ Check all LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi systems, CCTV Camera, Video conferencing systems.
∎ Install antivirus and other necessary software on user Desktop/Laptop.
∎ Ensuring user Desktop/Laptop backup by central backup System.
∎ Outlook/Thunderbird configuration on user Desktop/Laptop/Mobile; Microsoft Teams/Zoom Support, etc.
∎ Provide training to the employees in using computers and help them understand the configuration of the systems.
∎ Troubleshooting of Computer Hardware & Network device.
∎ Receive complain and guide the user to solve the problem physically or over phone/TeamViewer.
∎ Monitoring data connectivity and Internet services.
∎ Maintain the IT security system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Experience of handling & Trouble Shooting of IP Camera/Camera, CCTV, Video Conferencing Equipment, Finger Attendances & Access control Device.
