∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA,MTCNA
∎ Skills Required: Configuring WiFi router, IT network, Maintenance and Troubleshooting, Outlook Mail Configuration, Server and Database configuration, Troubleshoot software related problems
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer Hardware and Networking, ISP
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, web mail, web server
∎ Install, Configure, Maintenance and Troubleshoot LAN, wireless router & AP
∎ Install, Configure and Maintenance Layer 3 Routers and Manage Layer 2 Managed Switches.
∎ Ensure and assist for Network Firewall, User Bandwidth Management, Port Assigning and Forwarding, Load Balancing and Troubleshooting.
∎ Identify and Troubleshoot IT Hardware and Network Issues
∎ Setup, Maintain and Troubleshoot, Attendance System and Access Control System.
∎ Install, Maintain and Troubleshoot Network Printer, USB Printer, Scanner, Photocopier Machines.
∎ Share; files and USB printers to the Local Network.
∎ Time to time service Photocopier and Procure Toners when required.
∎ CCTV NVR and DVR-XVR Based Camera Installation, Commissioning and Troubleshooting.
∎ Provide on-site and remote end-user hardware and software support (e.g. operating system, anti-virus, Microsoft office) for the employees as per requirements
∎ Proper Inventory Management of Office IT Equipment
∎ Process IT equipment requisitions and make necessary arrangement as per Company policy
∎ Execute IT procurement as per requirement of concerned authority and installation of the same effectively and efficiently
∎ Maintenance of IT equipment
∎ Maintenance/repairing of IPS, AC, PABX/Land phone Connectivity, Main Electric System and other office equipment in a timely manner
∎ Assist for the internet connectivity of the individual employees
∎ Any relevant job assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 29 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong multi-tasking ability
∎ Good proficiency in written and spoken English
∎ The candidate has to be self-motivated, highly productive, and with a reliable working attitude
∎ Comprehensive understanding of network architecture and client/server technology
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure
∎ Excellent decision-making ability
∎ Have Leadership, analytical, negotiation, and management skills
