Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze and optimize sewing processes to maximize capacity, efficiency, minimize cycle time, and reduce waste;
∎ SMV Calculation & Operation Breakdown (OBD) Preparation for Sewing Line;
∎ Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard work methods, set production targets, and optimize workflow;
∎ Ensure optimum line balancing, capacity allocation, and address concern areas proactively to meet production targets through Hourly Production Monitoring;
∎ Design efficient workstation layouts that minimize operator movement and enhance productivity;
∎ Collaborate with production planning teams to balance capacity and demand, ensuring optimal resource allocation;
∎ Evaluate operator skills and facilitate skill upgrading programs as needed to enhance performance;
∎ Review & Utilize Skill Matrix for Better Line Balancing;
∎ Implement Single-Minute Exchange of Die (SMED) principles to reduce machine changeover times;
∎ Collaborate with Cross Functional Team to Execute QCO (Quick Changeover) Activities to Improve the LC (Learning Curve Efficiency);
∎ Capture Non Productive Time (NPT) & Coordinate with Cross Functional Team to Control & Reduce NPT;
∎ Lead training initiatives to educate sewing operators and Production Staffs on new methods, processes, and best practices;
∎ Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement;
∎ Work for Incentive Scheme to Provide Incentive to the Worker & Production Staff;
∎ Achieve IE Core KPI through Effective Performance Follow up
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Should have knowledge on production, floor/ line management, production management (sewing, cutting), planning, production management (finishing).
∎ IE & Planning procedures development and implementation
∎ Understanding of IE & Planning tools & technique.
∎ Should have strong analytical, leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker
∎ Effective technical and problem solving skills
∎ Should have computer literacy
∎ Should have Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities
∎ Excellent communication & presentation skill
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives
∎ Should be excellent team member and also very sharp, smart, with fair personality
∎ Excellent communication skill both written and speaking in Bangla and English
∎ Skills Required: Kint Garments
