Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative laser designs and collaborate closely with design teams to ensure design accuracy, aesthetic alignment, and market relevance.

  • Monitor and optimize machine and material utilization in line with daily and weekly sampling targets to ensure efficient resource management and operational productivity.

  • Establish priority schedules based on buyer urgency and production requirements to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality samples and products.

  • Guide and support machine operators, bulk production teams, and related personnel by communicating work procedures and design specifications to ensure accurate execution.

  • Coordinate effectively with merchandisers, designers, and production teams to resolve design and production-related issues, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency.

  • Manage sample development and dispatch processes within the required lead time while ensuring compliance with quality standards and buyer expectations.

  • Participate in technical and chemical-related workshops to remain updated on emerging fashion chemicals, laser technologies, and industry innovations, and apply relevant advancements to production processes.

  • Prepare and maintain work activity reports, progress updates, and sample tracking records to ensure production activities remain on schedule and aligned with operational targets.
