∎ >03 years IE (Sewing & Finishing) Department in the RMG Sector.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Managing the IE process in a woven-Denim garments factory.
∎ 2. Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target.
∎ 3. Ensuring production target of the lines as per production plan.
∎ 4. Ensuring line balancing as per layout.
∎ 5. Ensuring time and motion study for all styles.
∎ 6. Preparing SMV database for all styles.
∎ 7. Ensuring optimum utilization of Man and Machine.
∎ 8. Preparing weekly NPT report and ensuring possible NPT reduction.
∎ 9. Reviewing operators skill level (monthly) and ensuring corrective action along with the proposal of training for potential workers.
∎ 10. Preparing reconciliation report for each of the orders.
∎ 11. Preparing workers' assessment report (quarterly) to use the same for personal and organizational development or improvement.
∎ 12. Ensuring combined production report of fabric, cutting, embroidery, sewing, finishing and shipment.
∎ 13. Ensuring effective communication with supply chain team to ensure smooth productivity.
∎ 14. Any other assignments at the discretion of management.
