Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) or Bachelor/ Masters in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Industrial Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze and design layout of Man, Machine and materials to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity
∎ Conducting Method study and educate to follow the best method to operators
∎ Fully QCO (Quick Change Over) activities should have to know.
∎ Conducting capacity study of individuals and fix their target after 3 days from the style starts
∎ Follow-up study (operators who are all not achieving the Target/Capacity)
∎ Bottle neck operation - identify and eradicate
∎ Reviewing operators' skill level (monthly) and ensuring corrective action along with the proposal of training for potential workers; List out low efficiency operator and monitor to improve their efficiency
∎ Measuring line lost hours due to various reasons in sewing floor
∎ Monitoring and Line balancing - Based on Capacity, allocated plan and WIP in the line.
∎ Helping supervisors in line balancing during high operator absenteeism

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Written and Verbal Communication skills both in English and Bengali.
∎ Well-organized and detail-oriented.
∎ Computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook).
