∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Having Textile Engineering from any public organization will be highly encouraged to apply.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Study and calculate cutting SMV of every styles
∎ • Make OB sheet with SMV for every upcoming styles
∎ • Prepare Cutting efficiency report and maintain it.
∎ • Make weekly cutting plan based on weekly sewing forecast and monthly production plan
∎ • Participate the daily forecast meeting and collect the sewing line target, make day cut plan as per sewing line target and production plan with cutting in charge
∎ • Make table loading plan
∎ • Set target for hourly production of lace spreading, sewing fabrics spreading and sewing, cutting & bundling
∎ • Balance the cutting manpower and balance after lunch and after 5.00 PM also
∎ • Perform capacity study and update SMV database
∎ • Track cutting lost time and update it at off standard database
∎ • Cutting performance visualize daily and weekly basis
∎ • Make monthly manpower requirement sheet
∎ • Perform additional duties as and when requested by the top management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
