Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Managing the IE process in a knit garments factory.
∎ 2. Responsible for strong floor management of the sewing department.
∎ 3. Should have sound knowledge about Garments breakdown & modern layout system of sewing lines.
∎ 4. Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target.
∎ 5. Ensuring production target of the lines as per production plan.
∎ 6. Ensuring line balancing as per layout.
∎ 7. Ensuring time and motion study for all styles.
∎ 8. Preparing SMV database for all styles.
∎ 9. Ensuring optimum utilization of Man and Machine.
∎ 10. Preparing weekly NPT report and ensuring possible NPT reduction.
∎ 11. Reviewing operators' skill level (monthly) and ensuring corrective action along with the proposal of training for potential workers.
∎ 12. Preparing workers' assessment report to use the same for personal and organizational development or improvement.
∎ 13. Ensuring effective communication with supply chain team to ensure smooth productivity.
∎ 14. Follow up and maintain all Sewing related reports.15. Any other assignments at the discretion of management
