Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure Operation Bulletin & re-engineering the bulletin for better productivity in Sewing.
∎ Measuring accurate line efficiency, Line performance, Changeover effectiveness, Capacity study, Motion Study, Machine breakdown etc.
∎ Conduct skill assessment of new operators, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs & manage their work quality.
∎ Optimum of utilization of Man, Machine & Method.
∎ Analyze productivity & improve the system by implementing Kaizen & innovation in the process.
∎ Prepare monthly manpower projection, requirement & turnover.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kinds of wastages.
∎ Monitoring production schedule.
∎ SMV, Efficiency calculation & assigned a target based on factory & SMV.
