Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Setting the cutting man ratio as per floor wise a monthly production plan.
∎ Day wise cutting efficiency calculation and work to increase efficiency.
∎ Calculate SMV according to the style-wise operation by operation.
∎ Cutting section weekly & monthly KPI reporting and performance follow-up.
∎ Training about for the SMV, manpower reduces, efficiency increase, production develops, & wastage work reduce.
∎ Hourly production monitoring & day wise Target production forecast & achieve.
∎ Cutting capacity study.
∎ Make weekly and daily cutting plans.
∎ Follow the cutting WIP & printing, embroidery also.
∎ Making style-wise cutting operation bulletin.
