Floor/ Line Management, Industrial & Production Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To make capacity study, Follow-Up Study, and Time & Motion Study like a reputed and 100% export oriented Woven & knit garment factory.
∎ Line Lay-out, Balancing, Problem Identification and Solution, , Line Target, Manpower and Machine Budget.
∎ Coordinate with Production & planning Team to ensure best productivity.
∎ Performing additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management
∎ Ensuring the budgeted manpower allotted at each operations in line.
∎ Checking method when line feeding.
∎ Monitoring Line/Section Efficiency.
∎ Checking and identify the critical areas.
∎ Meeting regarding Low efficiency areas with line Management as needed.
∎ Preparing machine performance matrix and monitoring production.
∎ Preparing Operation Breakdown/Layout & calculate Man power & Machinery.
∎ Monitor the work floor for Maximum utilization of Man & Machine
∎ Overtime & loss time report prepared.
∎ Updating the SMV data base & method improvement.
∎ To monitoring All IE & Planning activities.
∎ Perform other duties assigned by the immediate Superior as well as Management.
