∎ Age 28 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect sample from sample section as updated production plan & analysis line wise style Constructions & difficulties.
∎ Design layout paper for new feeding styles according to OB sheet (If style is repeat then also need to update previous layout paper) & checked by seniors
∎ Make QCO sheet based on layout paper and approved QCO matrix, allocate operator name at QCO sheet, collect QCO data and make QCO graph
∎ Perform Capacity study & balance the line (LBS) for running styles to meet the required capacity
∎ Perform Production study in the problematic operations to find out the root causes then solve.
∎ Tracking sewing lost time and update it at off standard database
∎ Monitor operation wise hourly production board, if found deviation then take action with production executives for resolving the issue.
∎ Perform operation wise skill gap analysis and make plan & monitor skill development training
∎ Monitoring pre-setting as per visualize pre-setting plan
∎ Balance and count manpower 03 times (morning, after lunch, after 5 PM and sometimes after 7PM also)
∎ Participate at morning meeting and check last day forecast and achievement, today's bottlenecks, production plans
∎ Take skill test of newly coming operators and also take skill test for yearly operator's appraisal
∎ Give input at monthly machine requirement sheet and monthly manpower requirement sheet based on monthly production plan
∎ Standardize the operation by following the procedure of method study
