Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Basic Computer skills., Good communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and maintain files and records ; update as per necessity
∎ Oversee facility management (Ticketing, Visa and Accommodation) activities for Corporate and all business units.
∎ Prepare all documents required for the visa processing.
∎ Keep the record up to date with any visa-related updates.
∎ Managing company social media.
∎ Troubleshoot IT hardware, Network, Attendance and CCTV Network.
∎ Prepare computer, printer, scanner etc. for new user.
∎ PABX installation and maintenance.
∎ PC assembling, hardware trouble shooting and maintenance.
∎ Day to day backup user data.
∎ Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations and setting up for meetings.
∎ Planning internal programs and events.
∎ Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 29 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be a quick learner.
∎ Should be polite, smart and intelligent.
Salary: Negotiable
