Job Responsibilities:
∎ To procure the right product/ service of assigned category ensuring timely & cost-effective acquisition;
∎ To visit markets, assess existing vendors, develop new ones & maintain professional relationship with the vendors;
∎ To evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices;
∎ To negotiate with vendors to secure the best price & the most advantageous terms for the company;
∎ To prepare comparative statement, acquire approvals & issue Purchase Order systematically;
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Purchase/ Supply Chain Management;
∎ Good Communication skill;
∎ Self-motivated, organized, disciplined;
∎ Keen sense of punctuality, ethical and professional responsibility.
Salary: Negotiable
