Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in Human Resource Management from reputed university.
∎ PGDHRM will be an added advantage.
∎ Having a "O" level and "A" Level degree will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR and Payroll, HRBP, Human Resource Management, Human Resources & Development, Learning and Development, Microsoft Excel
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Automobile, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR department including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Reward and Recognition, performance management as well as maintaining and improving HR systems and management of the HR budget.
∎ Drive the continuous improvement agenda with focus on engagement & welfare activities, maximizing productivity, devolving HR responsibilities to line managers, and building leadership capability.
∎ Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
∎ Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
∎ Organize and maintain schedule meetings, interviews, HR events.
∎ Coordinate and perform orientation & training sessions for new staff.
∎ Execute a plan for diversity, equality, and inclusion that aligns with organization's values, business strategy and commitments.
∎ Regularly coach, mentor and support senior and high potential colleagues to identify individual strengths and development needs, develop and maintain effective relationships and encourage retention.
∎ Ensure managers are sufficiently skilled and enabled to access appropriate guidance and information to manage workforce issues.
∎ Produce and submit reports on general HR activity and keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
∎ Prepare monthly payroll and employee benefits.
∎ Resolve queries related to payroll quickly and effectively.
∎ Ensure all relevant pay data is input to meet payroll timetables
∎ Work closely with Accounting Department to ensure proper reconciliation
∎ Maintenance of computerized HR/Payroll system and paper based filing system
∎ Develop Training Calendar for the Group based on Training need assessment and ensure implementation of the same.
∎ Organize, conduct and evaluate the induction, orientation and different training programs.
∎ Facilitate training sessions independently following appropriate training methods and using effective training aids.
∎ Conduct training follow-up and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of training.
∎ Prepare induction schedule for newly recruited employee and ensure the same.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1 or 2 years Experience will be an added advantage.
∎ The candidate should be smart, young, energetic and polite in manner with attractive personality.
∎ Good communication and presentation skills, ability to treat all information with strict confidentiality
∎ Ability to work on own initiative within specified guidelines
∎ Good leadership, execution skill, challenges encountering attitude and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of people.
∎ Well conversant with MS Office packages (MS word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary: Negotiable
