∎ Service Supervisor minimum 4 years Experience
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Qualitative service network operation
∎ Spare Parts revenue growth
∎ Exposure of overseas Principal handling
∎ Tech Savvy (Digitalization)
∎ Guide field team in service and spare parts management, including service planning, budgeting, and controlling to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact. Supervision & Implementation IFS (ERP) Software.
∎ Day to day service-related job with detail & process oriented on time reporting.
∎ Summarizing business executive report and submit to top management
∎ Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
∎ Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner. Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
∎ Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis
∎ Review monthly service and ensure necessary reconciliations before the service are circulated to the management.
∎ Carry out periodic review of budget.
∎ Arrange periodic internal audit.
∎ To maintain internal control and compliance of policies at all levels of the company.
∎ Implementing and ensuring internal control procedures as per group policies.
