Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
∎ MBA in HRM will get preference.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Training in relevant field will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist UHL Staff Orientation (mandatory) for all (clinical and non-clinical) staff
∎ Ensure logistic arrangements for effective session facilitation environment.
∎ To assist in identifying staff training needs.
∎ To assist in coordinate training.
∎ To assist in maintaining training store.
∎ Input training data in computer for findings.
∎ To assist evaluation of training.
∎ To assist in preparation of monthly Training Report and other relevant reports.
∎ To assist in maintaining proper documentation of training.
∎ Facilitate Training & Staff Development Evaluation & Test
∎ Facilitate evaluation & test of Orientation & other Awareness Trainings for clinical and non-clinical staff
∎ Assist with Clinical & Non-Clinical Departments
∎ Assist In-Charge regularly to coordinate with concern departments for training need, ensure attendance and training implementation effectively, feedback to support & develop ongoing training.
∎ Analyze training data for findings & recommendations
∎ Assist in relevant data input in report for analysis with findings & recommendations for training, attendance, CME & other related data information
∎ Training schedule & implement
∎ Training schedule distribute to concern department, reconfirm over telephone, feedback to In-Charge & other concerns as and when needed, arrange logistic & refreshment support, ensure room and other provisions to implement training accordingly.
∎ Report and Documentation
∎ Assist in preparing training Monthly Report, ensure file arrangement, record training attendance in computer, documentation of resource papers and resource person's information, inventory, billing and different official correspondences
∎ Out Resource Training
∎ Assist In-Charge for Out Resource training related task and other details.
∎ Out Side of UHL Training
∎ Assist In-Charge for Out Side of UHL training related task and other details.
∎ Staff Motivation & Recognition
∎ Assist In-Charge with activities of staff motivation & recognition program, arrange venue, logistic & other supporting details of the program, including certificate and token of appreciation. Also input record in computer for references
∎ Meeting
∎ Assist and attend Staff Development meeting with Unit Supervisors. Arrange all required support for internal as well as external (home & abroad) meeting, seminars and conferences held in UHL.
∎ Appreciation & Reward for hospital Resource Persons
∎ Assist In-Charge to ensure and process formalities on regular basis in coordination with concern departments for "Appreciation & Reward Programs". Arrange and organize all logistic, refreshment and other requirements. Assist to arrange for "token of appreciation".
∎ Yearly Staff Appraisal
∎ Assist to Yearly Appraisal. Each staff has to be accountable for professional growth which is a part of professional ethics and mandatory. Input training attendance "grade" in computer of each staff for yearly appraisal record and also assist in the process of yearly appraisal of all eligible staff.
∎ Chain of Command
∎ To assist the GM-Human Resource & Deputy Manager-Training and Staff in maintaining the Total Quality Management and continuous improvement and development of the Human Resource service in line with the policies and procedures and objective of the Hospital.
∎ Active participation in HR team work.
∎ Comply with all Departmental and Hospital policies and procedures.
∎ To carry out any other function/administrative tasks as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer
∎ Occupational Health & Safety:
∎ Assist to Support & facilitate training related to Occupational Safety and Health within the hospital as well as out of UHL
∎ To carry out duties as an employee as stipulated in Occupational Safety and Health Act and Regulations 1994:-
∎ To take reasonable care at work for the safety of oneself & other persons; to co-operate with employer or any other person in the discharge of any duty;
∎ To wear or use any protective equipment or clothing provided by the employer
∎ To comply with any instruction or measure on Occupational Safety and Health
∎ Conditions:
∎ This Job Description of the Executive, Training and Staff Development is subject to periodic review and may be changed at any time in consultation with the employee.
∎ Performs any other job related duties not specified in this Job Description when assigned by the GM-Human Resources and Deputy Manager, Training and Staff Development.
∎ Performs extra duties when called upon especially in an emergency

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good in written and spoken communication skills in English and Bangla
∎ Good in coordination skill
∎ Ability to work independently and working together in team with other colleagues
∎ Language skills both in Bangla & English
∎ Experience in facilities & logistic support in Training
∎ Minimum 2-3 years' experience in equivalent position in training & development field, preferably in hospital

Salary: Negotiable
