Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure complete supervision of all medical operations including patient care activities, optimizing the utilization of services, addressing patient complaints
∎ Ensure that all clinical processes and protocols are adhered to.
∎ Ensure strict confidentiality regarding patient information
∎ Review customer satisfaction surveys relating to the clinical team and takes required measures as necessary
∎ Provide clinical expertise with respect to planning and establishing goals and policies to improve medical management
∎ Assist in the implementation, enforcement, and compliance of the medical by-laws and hospital policies
∎ Coordinate the forum for the discussion of medical, ethical, and moral questions and concerns that arise in the hospital.
∎ Conduct a review of adverse events in the hospital as necessary.
∎ Take responsibility for manpower planning, recruitment, and coordinating with the Medical Practices Committee for decisions relating to the medical aspects of the facility
∎ Support and help formulate business promotion through identification of doctors, and guides the marketing activities for each clinical discipline, in line with hospital sales & marketing plan
∎ Coordinate with concerned departments to ensure smooth functioning of the administrative procedures relating to the signing of the Medical Officers/RMOs, agreement, payments, and other processes including shift management
∎ Provide leadership in the coordination of medical and administrative policies of the hospital and the medical staff accreditation of the facility and for implementing, maintaining, and improving quality standards of the facility in clinical areas
∎ Initiate and implement medical audits as per the guideline of the institution
∎ Plan target-oriented budget allocation as directed by CEO/MD for the medical department with regard to, manpower allocation and development of clinical programs
∎ Develop SOP for functioning all clinical department.
