Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ At least a bachelor's degree, in Human Resource Management Preferably Masters in the same field from any reputed university.
∎ Any HR related training and/or certification will be considered as an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Closely work with the supervisor to develop, review & update all the required volunteer management policies as well as overall effective management of the international volunteers/Interns.
∎ Find out new ways to strength the volunteer identification & recruitment process, and ensure proper orientation, placement, and well-being of volunteers.
∎ Listen & record Employees Grievances and assist to guide them accordingly as per the organizational policies, and Bangladesh Labor Law (BLA).
∎ Support to care for Disciplinary and regulatory issues as per BLA, provide support in different disciplinary action i.e., warning, termination, dismissal etc.
∎ Implement different employee motivational activities e.g., Picnic, new year celebrations, and special programs.
∎ Develop database of Procurement vendors HO/FO wise, Para Vet, Para Solar Technician, Flood Volunteer and Organize motivational program for the stakeholder which includes training on "Ethics/Values/Code of Conduct and Safeguarding Policies.
∎ Develop module on Interviewers, HR Policies & Procedures, Awareness on Gender Policy, Disciplinary Matters, Friendship Spokesperson, Friendship Experience Sharing Program and arrange the program accordingly.
∎ Regular field visit to carry out the training programs.
∎ Provide required support in Performance Management improvement process as well as in documentation.
∎ Assisting in general recruitment process as well as PCF & other files management.
∎ Support to keep HRIS up to date, and any other task as & when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Experienced working in HR Team
∎ Strong knowledge in Bangladesh Labour Law (BLA)
∎ Sound knowledge in database development
∎ Experienced in training module development.
∎ Precise knowledge & idea regarding training programs implantation
∎ A good knowledge in recruitment tools and techniques
∎ Advanced level user of computer spreadsheet along with other MS office tools.
∎ Excellent writing, typing and verbal communication skill in both English and Bangla.
∎ Strategic thinker
∎ Effective team player
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills
∎ Problem solving and decision-making ability
