Experience:
Strong understanding of HR policies and labor laws.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Maintain HR files, employee records, and HR MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
Ensure adherence to labor laws (Bangladesh Labor Law 2006, Bangladesh Factory Rules 2015, or applicable local laws).
Assist in the preparation of HR reports, dashboards, and compliance audits.
Coordinate with external agencies for statutory filings, inspections, or audits as needed.
Support special projects like HR software implementation, policy development, or ISO certification processes.
