Additional Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and labor laws.

  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

  • Maintain HR files, employee records, and HR MIS reports.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws (Bangladesh Labor Law 2006, Bangladesh Factory Rules 2015, or applicable local laws).

  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports, dashboards, and compliance audits.

  • Coordinate with external agencies for statutory filings, inspections, or audits as needed.

  • Support special projects like HR software implementation, policy development, or ISO certification processes.
