Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and maintain accurate employee attendance records.
∎ Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new joiners, including workstation setup and documentation.
∎ Act as a point of contact for employee queries and coordinate with the head office HR team for resolution.
∎ Ensure timely logistic support for new and existing staff.
∎ Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized office environment.
∎ Oversee floor maintenance and supervise support staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
∎ Delegate responsibilities to administrative and support staff as necessary.
∎ Provide day-to-day administrative and technical support to all departments.
∎ Coordinate and handle management meetings, including scheduling and preparing meeting minutes.
∎ Arrange internal and external events as per schedules provided by management.
∎ Maintain close coordination with all departments for operational needs.
∎ Ensure compliance with internal policies and drive for process and policy improvements.
