∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Progressive work experience in a similar role in the chilling center/dairy industry.
∎ Practical experience with payroll system, practices and procedures.
∎ Advanced level skill in MS Office Excel.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Ability to maintain and manage information of a confidential or sensitive nature.
∎ Ability to perform under stress and willingness to work in field level.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Complete payroll and benefits processing of chilling center employees in accordance with company policies.
∎ Maintain employee records, including personnel files, attendance, leave records and HRIS of chilling center.
∎ Maintain compensation databases and ensure employment records are properly maintained in the system.
∎ Conduct staff Release formalities: Acceptance of resignation, Exit Interview, Clearance etc.
∎ Prepare final settlement and handle benefit related matters of chilling center employees.
∎ Serve as a point of contact for employees with payroll or benefits & employment related questions.
∎ Handle disciplinary matters, employee grievance & industrial relations issues of chilling center.
∎ Ensure completion of yearly performance appraisal/objective settings effectively and timely through coordination.
∎ Organize orientation & induction program for newly join employee.
∎ Prepare TA/DA bill and submit to Head Office.
∎ Routinely visit chilling center to monitor working conditions and employee welfare related issues of chilling centers.
