Responsibilities & Context:
Execute the daily planting, maintenance, and harvesting schedules for vegetable and fruit crops at the Munshiganj farm.
Directly supervise and manage local day laborers and field workers, ensuring efficient daily output.
Monitor crop health, soil conditions, and implement immediate pest control measures when necessary.
Log daily field data (e.g., worker attendance, fertilizer usage, harvest yields) directly into our company ERP system (Odoo) via mobile device.
Maintain strict adherence to our premium quality and agricultural hygiene standards under the guidance of the Head of Agriculture.
