Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To receive all general items of RMG factory as per indent from supplier and keeping records in ERP software accordingly.
∎ To keep and maintain machine transfer record to other factories accordingly in ERP software.
∎ To make requirements and indents all general items to Supply Chain Department by ERP software.
∎ To collect spare parts requirements from Technical Department & providing indents accordingly.
∎ To ensure product quality from supplier as per the requirements. To ensure machine number and all repair parts at the time of delivery.
∎ To keep records returnable goods timely and appropriately.
∎ To ensure chemical MSDS properly.
∎ To organize and deliver sharp tools as per the guideline.
∎ To ensure the bin card and product location on rack.
