∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience in Knit Garments Factory Production Planning of Knit Garments order, Small quantity orders, multiple style and PO
∎ Experience in production planning of Tom Tailor, New Look, Guess Buyer, Hema, Tena, Tally Weijl, NKD.
∎ Good Knowledge in TNA Planning of Fabric Delivery, Cutting Plan, Sewing Line loading Plan, Finishing Plan, Weekly Final Inspection Schedule .
∎ PP Meeting and Production and following up daily Cutting/Sewing/Finishing for on-time inspection and shipment
∎ Work with in-house and Sub-contract print and wash factories for on-time sending and receiving plan to keep sewing and Finishing Floor running.
∎ TNA Plan maintain of Daily Print Plan, Embroidery Plan, Wash Plan, to ensure timely goods production and finishing to meet inspection schedule.
∎ Follow up with merchant Supply chain and Material Check-List to ensure timely sewing and Finishing Plan for smooth shipment plan.
∎ Daily follow up with Cutting, Sewing and Finishing +QA & GPQ Team to ensure quick Test Cutting, Bulk Size Set, Pilot run and First Bulk output, to align bulk sewing and Finishing with required shipment date meet production.
∎ Work with management to overcome bottle neck in production planning.
