Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any Supply Chain Management related discipline.

• At least 2 years

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or fulfillment management.

• Proven experience in overseeing order processing, inventory management, and coordinating with delivery teams.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

• Proven experience in warehouse or fulfillment center management.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in using inventory management software and tools like: Odoo, Magento, Oracle etc.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

We are looking for a proactive Executive to join our team in managing the daily operations of our Fulfillment Center. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate order processing, maintaining effective inventory management, and facilitating a smooth workflow to meet customer expectations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and leadership skills and be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire fulfillment process, including product receiving, quality inspections, and order processing.

• Monitor order queues and adjust workflows to maintain efficient operations during peak periods.

• Maintain accuracy in inventory control, ensuring stock levels are properly managed to meet demand.

• Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize space utilization and ensure proper organization of inventory.

• Track and analyze daily operational performance metrics, including order accuracy, processing time, and inventory levels.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce operational costs.

• Assist in guiding and training fulfillment associates to boost team effectiveness.

• Ensure timely delivery of all orders, whether through internal teams or external courier services.

• Ensure seamless management of customer returns, including quality control, return receipts, documentation, transfer orders, feedback, and communication processes.

• Manage interactions with third-party logistics providers (3PL), including courier services and delivery partners.

• Follow up on deliveries, track shipments, and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
