Executive - Front Desk
Supporting the customer through ticketing system and inquiries via phone calls.
Resolving customer complaints and queries.
Provide product details and service information to customers.
Taking feedback from the customers.

Executive - Inventory
Receive, verify, and record all incoming hardware parts, components, and service materials.
Maintain accurate stock records in inventory/ERP software and update daily movement logs.
Issue and dispatch spare parts to engineers, service centers, and field teams as per job requirements.
Track and manage fast-moving, slow-moving, critical, and warranty-related spare parts.
Conduct periodic physical stock audits and reconcile any discrepancies with system records.
Monitor stock levels and notify the purchase/operations team for timely replenishment.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and segregation of functional, faulty, and returnable items.
Coordinate with vendors for receiving, replacement, warranty claims, and RMA processing.
Maintain documents such as delivery challans, issue slips, and return notes.
Support service operations by ensuring availability of parts for repair, installation, or maintenance activities.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, security, and compliance with company inventory procedures.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports for management review.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Team Leader.
Executive - RMA & Courier
Receive and review returned items from customers or service centers.
Verify product conditions, warranty coverage, and return eligibility.
Maintain accurate records of all RMA requests, approvals, and transactions in the system.
Communicate with customers and vendors regarding the status of returned products, expected timelines, and any additional information needed.
Update inventory records to reflect incoming and outgoing items for repair, replacement, or disposal.
Ensure timely updates on return status to customers and handle any queries or issues related to RMA.
Act as a liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal departments (e.g., Technical, Inventory, and Sales) for RMA processing.
Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to identify patterns and improve product quality.
Provide feedback to management and support product improvement initiatives based on return data.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Team Leader.
