Educational Requirements:
∎ CMA part qualified with Masters in commerce from any reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate and track all product costing estimates for both new and existing product development.
∎ Update standard costs in the formulations (bill of materials)
∎ Analyze costing information and collaborate with sales and finance teams to establish customer pricing.
∎ Analyze and review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies or improvements.
∎ Validate the cost of goods sold as part of the month-end close.
∎ Report on margins by product and product category
∎ Planning financial budgets to increase operational efficiency of the organization.
∎ Monitor cash-flow of the organization by monitoring income, expenditure, and investments.
∎ Maintain receipts and records for all the business transactions.
∎ Preparing financial reports and evaluating them to optimize resources.
∎ Monitoring transactions, identifying irregularities in invoices, monitor bank deposits and payments, etc.
∎ Identifying areas of cost-reduction to maximize profit is one of the key responsibilities that should be included in finance executive job description.
∎ Assisting the managerial team in budgeting, taxes, and investments
∎ Assist in financial audits.
∎ Performing regular financial analysis; resolving issues
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Strong analytical skills, and ability to work independently and in a matrix and remote environment.
∎ Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, including courage and dealing with ambiguity.
∎ Strong report writing skills.
∎ Excellent problem-solving ability.
∎ A team player who is self-initiated, independent and able to meet tight schedules.
∎ Ability to create and maintain good working relationships with teammates and all levels of staff members from various business units.
∎ Role model for the team who conducts self and work with honesty and integrity in line with all company policies and procedures.
∎ Willingness to travel
∎ Fluent in writing and speaking in English.
∎ Experience in using data analytics tools and techniques is preferred.
