• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• Ensure adherence to quality standards for civil works at the premises

• Adhere to admin service level agreement at the unit to ensure internal customer satisfaction.

• Conduct regular physical check of unit infrastructure and provide quick service as and when required.

• Ensure facility maintenance work (Thai, Sanitary, CCTV camera, PABX, photocopier, furniture, fixture of lighting, air conditioner & other works) conducted by vendors and other personnel. 

• Ensure painting work in building, stairs and surroundings as per requirement. 

• Review administrative expenditure on a regular basis to ensure budget adherence.

• On time servicing of water supply machine to get the water test certificate.

• Ensure raising of purchase requisition (PR) and move orders as per user requirement. 

• Drive the civil works at premises as per schedule and submit progress report periodically.

• Ensure BOQ Making & submission.

• Ensure safety of internal/external workforce by using PPE and follow-up safe practices and maintaining the use of PPE by all.
