Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and fashion-forward Executive Expert to lead and elevate the customer experience in our Watches and Sunglasses category. The ideal candidate will possess deep product knowledge, exceptional client service skills, and a passion for luxury fashion accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the category expert for watches and sunglasses, educating customers and staff on product features, trends, and brand stories.

• Deliver exceptional in-store experience aligned with the brand’s luxury image and service standards.

• Assist customers with personalized recommendations based on lifestyle, fashion preferences, and functionality.

• Maintain high product knowledge including new launches, collections, and industry trends.

• Manage visual merchandising, display updates, and stock availability in line with brand guidelines.

• Support the training of sales staff on product expertise and upselling techniques.

• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.

• Handle after-sales service queries with efficiency and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in retail, preferably with a focus on watches, sunglasses, or luxury accessories.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Well-groomed, confident, and presentable with a customer-centric attitude.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

• Knowledge of luxury/lifestyle brands is a plus.
