Direct Management and supervision of construction, operations, or maintenance activities at project site.
Direct or participate in surveying to layout, installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction.
Very good degree of Experience in RCC piling and its alignment for building foundation and construction of basement.
Experience in construction and supervision of complete building independently in accordance to the design and Drawings.
Ability in reading the construction drawing and calculate the resource materials, preparation indent.
Provide technical support regarding construction or program modifications.
Experience in implementing the finishing works of the building precisely in time.
Prepare BOQ, Budget, Rate Analysis and offer.
Checking subcontractor bill, variation.
Visit to project to check the actual work measurement and also the work progress status.
Prepare BOQ, Budget, Bill verification, site measurement.
Contractor bill checking.
