• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Completed Diploma in Electrical Engineering are encouraged to apply.

• Age 25 to 32 years

• Knowledge of local procurement procedures for electrical spare parts and maintenance materials.

• Experience in factory maintenance procurement will be preferred.

• Basic knowledge of procurement documentation and vendor management.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

• Proficiency in ERP software and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle local procurement activities for electrical spare parts and factory maintenance materials.

• Source PVC electrical wire, flexible cable, insulation tape, PVC conduit pipe, conduit bend, cable tray, single/double pole switch, socket outlet, plug top, miniature circuit breaker (MCB), molded case circuit breaker (MCCB), changeover switch, thermal overload relay, push button switch, indicator lamp, and other electrical materials.

• Collect quotations, prepare comparative statements, and support price negotiations.

• Prepare PO, WO, and maintain procurement documentation.

• Follow up suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and spare parts.

• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, warehouse, accounts, and user departments.

• Monitor market trends, material pricing, new product development, and alternative sourcing options.

• Ensure timely availability of electrical materials for smooth factory operations and maintenance activities.

• Maintain procurement records, stock monitoring, and supplier database.

• Support cost optimization and ensure compliance with company procurement policies.

• Perform other supply chain-related duties assigned by management.
