• 2-5 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations.

• Familiarity with SKU system, barcoding, and stock tracking procedures.

• Competence in using Google spreadsheets or inventory management tools.

• Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and accountability.

• Experience in e-commerce or Retail fulfillment is an added advantage.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Inventory Management Executive to manage and maintain accurate inventory records across our online sales channels. This role plays a key part in ensuring the seamless flow of products from IVAMCO (B2B) to B2C Retail channels. The job needs someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with inventory systems to help keep things running efficiently and accurately.The ideal candidate must have a clear understanding of how an e-commerce organization operates, including order flow, stock movement, and platform-based inventory synchronization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform processing of inbound product.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the system.

• Coordinate product dispatches and ensure correct product allocation to B2C retailers.

• Follow warehouse SOP and maintain a clean, organized storage environment.

• Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to support B2B to B2C workflows.

• Support team management and maintain accurate inventory.
