• Diploma in Textile Engineering
• BGMEA University of Fashion Technology,Shanto Mariam University of Creative Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Uttara University,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

• Must have a strong understanding of dyeing techniques, especially in the context of knit garments.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and efficiency.

• Knowledge of textile chemicals, dyes, and other materials used in the dyeing process.

• Oversee and manage the dyeing process for knit fabrics to ensure quality standards are met.

• Monitor dyeing operations and adjust processes to maintain consistency in color, texture, and appearance.

• Ensure timely execution of dyeing orders as per production schedules.

• Perform quality checks on dyed fabrics, ensuring they meet the desired specifications (color fastness, shade matching, etc).

• Identify any defects or deviations and troubleshoot dyeing-related issues to prevent defects in final products.

• Work closely with the color matching and testing teams to ensure all colors and finishes meet customer requirements.

• Analyze production data and provide insights to improve dyeing efficiency and reduce costs.

• Execute production plan on the basis of order, floor capacity, and time schedule, work load as per daily/monthly target.

• Provide Assistance in preparing necessary recipe for production and obtain lab dip approval for meeting buyers` requirements and standard in respect of color, shade, and other quality parameters.

• Prepare report on production, maintenance, people, quality, safety, consumption, monthly stock, and production cost as assigned.

• Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.

• Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
